How long does it take to set up and go live?+
Most of our products can be deployed and ready within 1–4 weeks depending on your organization's size and how much data needs to be migrated. We handle the setup — you don't need an IT team on your end.
Is the software hosted on our servers or yours?+
We offer both options. Most clients go with our cloud-hosted solution — it's fully managed, backed up, and maintained by us. For organizations with specific data residency or compliance requirements, on-premises deployment is available.
Can we use more than one Arethic product?+
Yes, and it works well. Since all products are built by the same team on a shared infrastructure, integrating two Arethic products (e.g., Medinova + PayFlow for a hospital's HR needs) is much simpler than connecting products from different vendors.
Do you offer training for our staff?+
Yes. Every deployment includes onboarding sessions for your team. For larger organizations, we offer structured training programs, role-specific walkthroughs, and documentation so staff at every level can use the product confidently.
What if we need something that's not in the product?+
We take feature requests seriously. If it's something that would benefit your industry broadly, we'll often build it into the product. For specific organizational requirements, we assess on a case-by-case basis. Either way, we don't ignore requests.
What does pricing look like?+
Pricing is based on the product, the size of your organization, and any specific deployment requirements. We don't publish fixed prices because every organization is different. Reach out and we'll give you a clear quote without any surprises.
